We've decided to try a seasonal experiment - Pumpkin Spice flavored coffee. We'll see how it goes before deciding on whether to continue or add new flavors. A lot of people have asked about flavored coffee, so we're going to try to scratch that itch in a limited way.

We start with a medium roast, smooth flavor profile coffee (usually Mexico), and add the flavoring after the roast cycle. In the cup, the flavor is, well... like pumpkin pie.

In order for us to deal with the logistical challenge of having flavored coffee in the shop, we are going to impose a few constraints. This coffee is made to order only; it will not be available unless you order it. It will only be made once a week, the last batch of the night (late) on Thursday. Finally, we sell this coffee in WHOLE BEAN ONLY, sorry, no ground flavored coffee.
